STEP 2 - Complete and print the Order Summary form
Fill out and print a copy of the Order Summary form to include with your order. Keep an extra copy for your own records. After printing the summary form, fill out the payment portion by hand after you have completed the individual cover imprint tickets.

STEP 3 - Pack your covers for shipment
Stack your covers, placing your order form on the top of the stack. Wrap the stack of covers inside a clear plastic bag if available and cushion the covers inside the shipping carton. Seal the carton with packing tape and ship to our service center using the following address:

Label Your Memories
239 Bullskin St
Charles Town, WV 25414

Please do not use staples or paper clips to attach order forms to your covers. Simply place the order form on top of its corresponding cover.

STEP 4 - Ship your order
Ship your order to us via the carrier of your choice (US Mail, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, etc.). We strongly suggest purchasing shipping insurance as necessary to cover the replacement cost of your cover sets. UPS, FedEx and DHL include insurance for up to $100 value in their base shipping price. Once we receive your covers we take full responsibility for insuring their safe return to you and we guarantee that you will delighted with the results. If shipping locally (within 100 miles of Charles Town), do not use "express" or "overnight" service as it will cost substantially more but will arrive no sooner than regular shipping methods. View our map of estimated shipping times.

SHIPPING

The U.S.Post office's Parcel Post is most economical. Priority mail is faster and delivers from most addresses in 3 days or less. The UPS Store and FedEx Kinkos (or other "pack-and-ship" stores) are also convenient and packing service is an available option. FedEx or UPS automatically insure your package contents up to $100 value which is often enough for smaller orders but we recommend purchasing additional insurance if the replacement value of your covers exceeds this amount. Once completed, your album covers will be returned to you via insured FedEx Ground or US Priority mail [shipping details]

PACKING TIPS

Using a shipping carton: To ship safely, we recommend using a half inch or more of space filled with packing material around your covers in the box. The objective is to pad the covers and fill the carton as to prevent contents from moving around during shipment.

Using a shipping envelope: If you are shipping only spine covers by mail. a cardboard shipping envelope is sufficient because the envelope will be handled as regular mail, which is generally handled better. Do not fold spine covers; ship them "flat" inside package. Also in this case, an extra piece or two of cardboard or chipboard inside the envelope is recommended to make the envelope more resistant to bending. Mark the envelope "DO NOT BEND".
